Home Sharing

A popular option for individuals who want to live independently, but require some support to do so, is Home Sharing. The person with a disability makes an arrangement with the person able to support them in their home to suit the interest of both parties. For instance, a person can live rent free in lieu of supporting the person with disability in their home. The options are flexible and should offer benefits for both parties. For more information about home sharing arrangements, see WA Individualised Services’ resource for shared living.

Orion Services is currently supporting two young men with disabilities who are searching for home sharers. Their homes are located in High Wycombe and Mount Claremont. Please contact us for more details and we will forward the information to you if you fit our criteria.
